 May Mental Health Awareness Month

Each year millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental health condition ..... Throughout May, NAMI and participants across the country are raising AWARENESS for the importance of mental health. Each year we fight stigma, provide support, educate the public and advocate for equal care.

Let's come together and start the conversation on Mental Health in our community by telling our story.

UNMASKING THE STIGMA OF MENTAL ILLNESS

An exhibition of Personal stories about How Stigma Impacts lives.

QPR Training Opportunity

Question Persuade Refer: A suicide prevention training

QPR stands for question, persuade, and refer, three steps anyone can learn to help prevent suicide. Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in crisis and can save lives.

The QPR mission is to save lives and reduce suicidal behaviors by providing innovative, practical and proven suicide prevention training.   We believe that quality education empowers all people regardless of their background, to make a positive difference in the life of someone they know.
