NAMI's  Family to Family  Program  8 Weeks course.  

This program is an 8-week  course for families of individuals with a severe brain disorder (mental illness). The course is taught by trained family members. All course materials are furnished to you at no cost. This free course will provide knowledge, understanding, guidance and support a must for families dealing with serious mental illnesses.

The curriculum focus on schizophrenia, bipolar(manic depression)clinical depression, panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

The course discusses the clinical treatment of these illnesses and teaches the knowledge and skills that family members need to cope more effectively.
